1、傳統(tǒng)的內(nèi)螺紋檢測都是用螺紋塞規(guī)、螺紋校對量規(guī)對中徑進(jìn)行綜合測量。也就是按照螺紋檢測的泰勒原則要求，用通規(guī)和止規(guī)分別控制螺紋的作用中徑和單一中徑不超過大、小實(shí)際邊界。但這種方法只能判斷螺紋是否合格，而給不出被測單一中徑和作用中徑的實(shí)際值，因此在內(nèi)螺紋的加工制造過程中，不易掌握具體尺寸導(dǎo)向，容易產(chǎn)生廢品。
