我們知道，獲得要求的精度，并且長期保持精度不變是滾珠絲杠工藝工作的根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)。所以正確選用材料，并施以適當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚恚墒菇z杠具有足夠的耐磨性和穩(wěn)定性。滾珠絲杠的工作表面還需要零受接觸應(yīng)力，故其材料應(yīng)能保證獲得HRC58～62的高硬度，以防止由于表面硬度降低而導(dǎo)致承載能力下降。目前，我們廣泛采用的材質(zhì)為Gcr15軸承鋼，是業(yè)內(nèi)普遍認(rèn)為的適合制作滾珠絲杠的材質(zhì)。
