直線模組如何選型?

直線導(dǎo)軌副通常成對存在，非基準(zhǔn)導(dǎo)軌也要按同樣的步驟和方法進行拼接安裝。

直線模組的性能指標(biāo)可以從以下方面進行衡量。

直線模組的精度特性：包含重復(fù)定位精度、定位精度、行走平行度、行走直線度、

1.確定模組滑臺的使用環(huán)境：根據(jù)使用環(huán)境判定為一般環(huán)境，潔凈環(huán)境，惡劣環(huán)境?

2.確定模組滑臺安裝方向。確定模組滑臺為水平安裝，墻面安裝或垂直安裝。

3.確定模組滑臺搬運的負(fù)載。

5.模組滑臺的容許力矩校核：計算靜止（勻速）狀態(tài)下和加減速狀態(tài)下的各向力矩值：Ma，Mb，Mc。
