MR微型導軌系列采二列式滾珠循環設計,滾珠軌道設計采用哥德式結構,其接觸角為45度,以達到四方扽負荷之效果;并在有限空間制下,使用較大尺寸鋼珠,以提高負荷能力,充分展現高負荷.高扭矩功能。

滑塊鋼體與框架，端蓋及密封片之結合方式才嵌入式設計，不須使用螺絲固定，既省結合設計之空間。

鋼珠回流孔及回傳道由全密式塑膠框架及塑料端蓋構成，結構簡單，鋼珠循環更平穩，噪音底。

四:潤滑滑塊于兩端有密封式潤滑注油孔設計，可經由鋼珠循環將潤滑油帶到表明，達到潤滑的效果。
