滾珠絲杠桿與梯形絲桿自鎖分析

滾珠絲杠使用的是循-環(huán)滾珠軸承，方便以大限度減小摩擦以及效率的提-高，而梯形絲桿就是要利用滑動表面之間的低摩擦系數(shù)。所以，梯形絲桿通常沒有滾珠絲杠的效率高。
The ball screw uses the circular ball bearing to reduce the friction and improve the efficiency. The trapezoidal screw uses the low friction coefficient between the sliding surfaces. Therefore, trapezoidal screw is usually not as efficient as ball screw.
分析摩擦學機制就能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)：滑動摩擦的可預測性低于采用循-環(huán)滾珠技數(shù)的傳動。疲勞壽命方程(比如L10壽命)在其適用范圍內可靠。
